Oversize ice cubes are wonderful for chilling drinks we don't want to dilute with melting ice, since they have less surface area than multiple small ice cubes, they melt more slowly. Amazing for cocktails, but also for iced tea or other drinks. Silicone can be tossed in boiling water occasionally so that your ice cubes always taste fresh.
