This craft tonic is citrus forward with an authentic bitter finish. Made with fresh lemon and lime juice and zest, whole lemongrass, sugar and cinchona bark.

Split Tree G&T:
Add ice to your favourite high ball glass. Add 1 1/2oz of Gin, 3/4oz of Split Tree Tonic No. 3, 3-4oz of soda water. Stir, and garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
