Whole Peeled San Marzano Tomatoes straight from Italy. These tomatoes are an endangered variety from Campania, from the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which is not suitable for industrial processing due to its nature and is therefore elaborately hand-harvested and gently cooked in a water bath called "Bango Maria". But in return, it rewards us with an intense, sunny tomato aroma that had almost been lost to time.
