Collection of In Store Pickup orders must take place within three months of the order being placed. If your order is not collected you will be compensated with store credit for the total of your order.

  • FREE delivery for orders of $100 and over!
Local Delivery Days:
  • Wednesday, orders must be placed before 4:00PM previous day
  • Saturday, orders must be placed before 4:00PM previous day
  • FREE delivery for orders of $100 and over!

Our driver will call upon arrival.


We’re sorry, but local delivery is not currently available beyond these areas. You can choose shipping as an option, or contact-free pickup.

SHIPMENT (Canada Post)

We ship throughout Canada via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

When you place an order, you will receive email updates throughout the process. We provide a tracking number when your order is shipped. We send out shipments within 1-3 weekdays of receiving an order. 

We use environmentally friendly shipping products and a portion of this cost is included in your shipping fee. We hope that you can feel good about joining us in our quest to reduce our footprints while making our lives more beautiful.



TIMCo will gladly accept the return of UNUSED items in good condition for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Return must be requested and sent back within 10 days* of when you received your product(s). You may return these in-store or by mail.  SALE ITEMS AND SPECIFICALLY MARKED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

In order to return an item(s) please login to your account to request a return, credit or exchange. Choose “Return Reason” from the drop down menu. If you proceed with the return, we will notify and credit you once the item is received back in our store. If you need help with this process, email [email protected] If your request for return does not meet the required guidelines, TIMCo has the right to deny your return request. The Independent Mercantile Co. is not responsible for shipping/handling for returns unless the manufacturer has deemed the product defective.


If The Independent Mercantile Co. (TIMCo)  is unable to process your order due to incomplete or inaccurate payment info, your order processing will be delayed and TIMCo has the right to cancel your order. (Though we try to avoid this and will communicate with you!)


We reserve the right to cancel and apply store credit to any in store pickup orders not collected within three months of their order date.
