1 Delivery Methods
1.1 Can I come pick up my order myself?

Yes! All our products are available for in store pickup - just choose Free Pickup at checkout. Once you have received your Ready for Pickup email notification then you can collect your order any time during operating hours. Simply come on in and give the name associated with the order to our wonderful staff in store.

1.2 Can I get my order delivered?

We have partnered with a local delivery team to get your orders to you as fast as possible! If your delivery address falls within the following two options then you can qualify delivery - just select Local Delivery at checkout.

  • $6 Local Delivery (Halifax Peninsula)
  • $14 Local Delivery (Downtown Dartmouth, Fairmount, Armdale, Spryfield, Bedford, Fairview, Clayton Park, Cole Harbour, Lower Sackville)
Local Delivery Days are Wednesday and Saturday, our driver will call upon arrival. In order to give our delivery team the notice they need we ask that you place your order before 4:00pm the previous day to qualify for next-day delivery.
1.3 Can I get my order shipped?

Potentially! We ship Canada-wide through CanadaPost. Select items are not available for shipping (usually due to their size or weight) but they will clearly say this in the item description. Always feel free to check with us first at 902-425-8462 or [email protected] 

2 Gift Cards
2.1 Can I redeem my gift card online?

Yes! You can purchase, redeem, and check the balance of your gift card on our website - simply navigate to the "Gift Card" tab.

2.2 How are gift cards delivered?

Gift cards purchased through our online store are e-gift cards and will come to you in the form of an email, if you would prefer a physical card please leave a note on your order and we will transfer the balance on to a card in store for you. If a physical card is your preference you will have the choice of all our typical shipping and delivery options, or it can be stored at the shop until you're ready to collect it!

3 It's a Gift
3.1 Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping services at all times. At checkout you'll have the opportunity to leave us a note, you can specify gift wrapping here. Typically gift wrapping for us means either a brown card gift box or a dressed up bag with ribbon and tissue. We make the call on which is appropriate given the size of your order. Oh and of course we will remove the prices and print you a gift receipt.

3.2 Can I write a message?

Totally! We always hand write a "thank you" note of sorts but if you have something specific you'd like us to write just drop it in the notes section at checkout and we will transcribe it for you! You can also do this for any card you purchase.
