When creating their Bourbon Cocktail Cherries the team at Jack Rudy looked to their Kentucky roots for inspiration, combining Bourbon from their home state with Oregon cherries.

Yes - these are hard to find - but these are REAL Luxardo Maraschino Cherries made in Italy! The authenticity of this product comes from the syrup in which the cherries are bathed. Syrup made from the same juice used for the "Sangue Morlacco" cherry lique

The gorgeous amber colour of Jack Rudy's Demerara Syrup is the first thing you'll notice, a departure from the clear simple syrups so prevalent behind the bar.

Elderflower is commonly known as the "bartender's ketchup" because it goes with everything! 

This "double" version is made with fresh crisp and spicy ginger juice, much more powerful than the initial release.
